  • If you are a new client, you MUST complete the following  New Client Tax Info Form – you will only have to complete this form the first time I do your taxes.
  • If you are a new client, each individual in your household who is having their taxes prepared needs to complete form Authorizing a Representative .  You will only have to complete this form the first time I do your taxes.  Once I e-file this form, Revenue Canada may send you an acknowledgement letter stating that I am now your ‘authorized representative’. This is a precaution in case someone did name themselves as an authorized representative on your account without your knowledge.  No action on your part is required except to ensure that it’s my name, “Josée Sauvé” that is listed – if any other name appears on the form, contact Revenue Canada immediately at the number provided in their letter.
